At Iridescent NYC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-fashion curation. If your selection isn't perfect, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items with original tags within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our atelier inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
